Payment:
When you purchase goods from Velmwear, you must provide us with your credit card information or other payment methods. You are responsible for all taxes related to the purchase of goods through the service.

Loss and Cancellation:
Ownership and risk of loss for all goods ordered are transferred to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.

The customer waives all rights of legal action against the third-party managed payment system and its managing entities with regard to their ability to receive payments for the operation of the site in relation to the products provided by the site.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, third parties providing such content and materials are expressly and implicitly designated third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use with respect to their content and materials.

Velmwear may retain content and may also disclose content if legally required to do so or if Velmwear believes in good faith that such retention or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with legal process, applicable laws, or requests from authorities;
(b) enforce these Terms of Use;
(c) respond to claims that content violates the rights of third parties; or
